To provide and fulfil its services (such as competitions, or marketing activity for brands and advertisers), SpotJam may require that an individual’s personal information is requested by phone, text or email, then processed and stored securely. From time to time this data may need to be transferred to our partners, or service providers for processing, both inside and outside the European Economic Area.

SpotJam may also extract certain data from the information you provide, such as the town or postcode, in order to analyse uptake patterns, tailor campaigns to a customers requirements and assist with further profiling.
